Management at Cambridge, UK. Peter is the author of several well-known

company that has recently completed an AIM-listing. He is a recognised
expert on doing business in China and Asia.

Managing and Climate Practice Director
Karl Schultz
has been in the environmental protection
field for his entire career and since 1994 has worked to promote coal
mine methane as an approach to reduce greenhouse gas emissions. He
worked for the U.S. Environmental Protection Agency's Climate
Protection Division, managing its domestic and international coal mine
methane initiatives for over ten years. Karl is a long-standing member
of the International Coal Mine Methane Professional Community and has
been involved in numerous industry initiatives as a consultant,
committee member, and author.
Karl is a leader in the field of climate change
and emissions markets. Working with an array of industry leaders, his
knowledge of the market drivers, future plans and the potential impact
on coal is unrivalled.

Martin
Bloemendal has over 25 years experience in energy, coal
and logistics markets and is well-known for developing market concepts
(e.g. "Battle Coal", "Gigajoule deals", etc.) which improve competitive
edge. He is an advisor to the European Commission Directorate General
for Transport and Energy and is experienced in coal blends and using
biomass together with coal. Moreover, he is a member of the investment
committee of a greenhouse gas credits aggregation pool. He was the
Managing Director of GKE in Holland, responsible for buying all the
coal for the Dutch utilities.
In late 2002 Martin formed Bloemendal Consults BV,
dealing with energy and strategy; this was followed in 2004 by his role
in helping to start the Energy Edge initiative

Consultancy Lead Nigel Yaxley is
a leading figure in the European coal industry with experience spanning
all key industry milestones of the past thirty years. He was President
of Euracoal (European Association for Coal and Lignite) from 2005 to
2007, which brings together producers from across the EU27 and
candidate countries, as well as coal importers and those with other
coal interests.
Nigel
joined the coal industry in 1977 after graduating in Physics from
Cambridge University. He moved to UK Coal in 1995 on privatisation of
the industry and, as Marketing Director, was responsible for all coal
sales, marketing strategy and related policy issues for the company.
Since 2006 he has developed his consultancy business in the coal and
energy field, and is founder and Managing Director of CoalImp, the
Association of UK Coal Importers.

Business Development Lead Michael Price
was based in Hong Kong from 1978 until 2002. During this period he
worked for China Light & Power Co. Ltd in a variety of line and
corporate positions which culminated in his appointment in 1998 as
Managing Director of CLP Power and subsequently as a main Board
Director of CLP Holdings.
From the early 1990's Michael was instrumental in transforming the
processes and culture of the Company to meet the changing business,
technical, political and social environments that were emerging.

Linus
Adler has worked with Energy Edge since 2006 as
an Energy Analyst and is also responsible for Energy Edge's databases
and modeling development. His background is in economics, and prior to
joining Energy Edge he worked for the US Government as a database and
support program manager.
